Stormy Marie Henderson, 2009 DNCFR Senior Queen
My name is Stormy Marie Henderson and I’m so grateful to be the 2009 DNCFR Sr. Queen. I’m the 22 year old daughter of Lark and Dave Kummer and Derk and Denise Henderson. My home town is in Riverton, Utah and I attend Salt Lake Community College. I’m graduating this spring with my Associates degrees and will go on to pursue my bachelors in Nutrition. I love to workout, sing, dance and be outdoors. But, my favorite pastime is riding horses. I have a huge family that keeps me busy staying up to date with their latest adventures. I’ve been part of the Salt Lake County 4-H horse program for 15 years and competed in high school, college, and amateur rodeos. I barrel race, goat tye, pole bend and breakaway rope. I give riding lesson and spire to have my own ranch one day. I’d like to send out a heartfelt thank you to the DNCFR committee and rodeo family. I truly feel blessed to know each of you.

I dance with the Tueller School of Dance and love gymnastics. I am a member of the Cache County 4-H Western horse, 2-Hand and Working ranch programs. I compete in barrels and poles. I love the sport of Rodeo and am so excited to represent the DNCFR! I can't wait to work with LoriAnne Peterson and all the others involved! I want to send out a huge thank you to all of the wonderful sponsors and people that make this great rodeo and queen contest possible. I plan to do my very best to help and promote all of the professional cowboys and cowgirls that work so hard. The 2009-10 DNCFR season is going to be great! is extremely important to her that they are represented in the professional manner that they deserve. She would like to thank the DNCFR Committee, Lori Ann Peterson and everyone involved with the queen pageant, and all the generous sponsors who make the DNCFR the great rodeo that it is.
